The weekend was such a blast!

St James with the great pals on fri nite and it was sum kinda smashing! guys, if u think dok sai was an energizer bunny that nite, you shlda seen her one yr ago when she showed yv and i breakdancing in the female toilet at MOS, and on a seperate occasion (when she got a little high) did a split on the dancefloor at zouk.. seriously man! this dok sure can dance.. but lets do this again, and i'm gonna have to suggest dbl o e next time round, as drinks are only 12 per jug! we can play games all nite till we get ppl high and drunk! thanks to wc and pro for being such a sport and allowed sai to take videos of you to show steve. actually, none of us have actually met steve apart fr seeing him in photos.. hahaha.. damn farnee when i recall kwok going 'who the hell is steve!?' and that look on sai's face...

checked into investment boot camp on saturday only to end up playing texas hold'em. twas super stressful playing at a table full of gamblers who were a lot smarter (i bet 90% of them at the table were dean's listers!), a lot better at calling the bluff, and definitely played a lot more poker than i do. poker intrigues me to no end - it combines the elements of statistics and psychology and keeps you on ur toes throughout. every game is a challenge and i guess thats why some people choose to make a living by playing poker. with every stake i upped i could feel my heart beating twice as fast. bought in at twenty and cashed out at 44. guess i was lucky to have made some money for dinner there!
