My Country Garden

Final post for 2007

Looking back, 2007 has been a great and fulfilling year. Cant remember if i had any resolutions for 2007, and whether or not they have been accomplished, but on the whole, i'm quite happy with how the year's events have panned out.

There is a great deal more to look forward to in 2008, and today's Oprah Winfrey episode served as a gentle reminder that the simple folks are the most contented bunch.

My personal resolution for 2008: To ensure that *quality* food consumption continues to be undeterred by the effects of the seemingly unarrested inflation, while hedging the risks of an extreme weight gain.

Sounds difficult, but i'll try my best! haha.
